objective of the Blackswan Foundation (2010) is to contribute to the development of research on rare and orphan diseases worldwide. The organize the RE(ACT) Congress every two years and they also started in 2014 the RE(ACT) Community, a digital platform for crowdfunding and to connect all stakeholders intested in rare diseases.
